Jordan Palmer has developed unique drills to train his quarterbacks. Whether it be younger aged quarterbacks or those at the NFL level, he looks to put them in uncomfortable positions and then forcing them to regain their platform. By doing so, he is helping his quarterbacks learn to become comfortable being uncomfortable because when you are playing this position you are rarely comfortable!
